Avatar Media is once again proud to announce that we will be having a Davao Food Appreciation Tour 2012 (DFAT 2012). DFAT will be held from May 4 – 7, 2012 here in Davao City.

We will be opening 15 slots: 5 for Luzon bloggers, 5 for Visayas bloggers, and 5 for Mindanao bloggers. In order to signify your intent to join DFAT, please fill up the form below.

Avatar Media and our event sponsors will be taking care of your food for the tour. We will be collecting P1,500 per participant for transportation and other logistical costs. Airfare, cost of accommodations, and other incidentals will be paid for by the participant.

Please submit your information through the form below on or before October 31, 2011. We will be announcing the list of participants on or before December 5, 2011.
